RTO is where we work together with someone that is desiring to have their own home but due to circumstances cannot get approved for financing from their local bank. IRM rehabs inexpensive homes to create an affordable monthly payment so those who are struggling and are seemingly without hope may get a second chance. One way we do this is by working with tenants that desire to do better but just need some favor and so by setting our pricing a little below market value as well as setting the monthly payments a little below market value, the program has enabled a viable situation that has become very successful.

knocked out the walls west window wall living room

Inside foyer looking at front door; we knocked out the left and right side
walls to open up the living room. There wasn't a front door just that
piece of particle board you see off to the right in the 1st picture that had
been screwed up to the front entrance. This is the new front door and dark
green ceiling.
